Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor at the UHEA Annual Convention.

We are excited to announce this year’s UHEA Fall Convention! We will be meeting at the lovely SLCC Miller Campus in Sandy, Utah on November 3rd. Join us for a wonderful and informative day from 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

 

 

 

Pricing

Exhibitor Space Rates:

  • Price for booth vending homeschool related products or services is $50.00  (Homeschool related products or services include: books, toys, curriculum, tutoring, music, athletics, online education, etc.)
  • Price for booth vending non-homeschool related products or services: $60 

Exhibitor Space Purchase Includes:

  • 10′ wide x 8′ deep exhibitor space
  • one 8′ table
  • two chairs
  • electricity to booth
  • free Wi-Fi
  • company name listed on the UHEA website
    • For exhibitors who purchase a booth, an additional $20 will link your company name directly to your website from our home page (through Dec. 31, 2018).

Additional Information

Exhibit Set-up & Take Down:
Set up hours are Saturday November 3rd, 7:00 am until 8:00 am
when the exhibit hall opens. Break down begins at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday (subject to change). You are expected to complete set-up prior to the opening of the hall and to remain set up until closing of the conference on Saturday.  Exhibitors are responsible for removing exhibits and all exhibit materials at the end of the event.  Upon arrival, exhibitors will be given their move-in packet. These packets will include exhibitor badges, exhibit hall map and Utah State tax forms. Exhibitors must man their booth during the Curriculum Fair.  Booths may not be disassembled before the fair ends on Saturday, November 3rd, 5:00 pm.  Saturday afternoon is the Curriculum Fair’s busiest time.

Internet Access:
Wireless access is available at no additional charge.

“In-The-Bag” Program

This program provides 300 grab-bags to convention attendees that UHEA has filled with copies of your catalogs, flyers, or similar materials. The deadline for participating in the “In-The-Bag” program is October 20th and materials must be received by October 25th. Please send 300 copies of your materials.
