Become an Exhibitor at the UHEA Annual Convention
The UHEA 37th Annual Convention & Curriculum Fair is the largest home education event in Utah. Home educators will come from all over the state to participate in this yearly convention. Convention will be held at the Davis Conference Center, located at 1651 North 700 West, in Layton, Utah. UHEA is excited to have homeschooling father and cofounder of VidAngel, Jeff Harmon as well as author, life coach, lawyer, and community leader, Merilee Boyack as our keynote speakers.

Exhibitor Booth Rates:
- Early Bird Booth: $260.00
- Price of booth after Feb 28th, 2017 is $290.00
- Price for nonprofit ½ booth is $130.00
Booth Purchase Includes:
- 10′ x 10′ booth area
- pipe and draping
- one skirted 8′ table
- two chairs
- electricity to booth
- nonprofit half booths will have a 4′ table
- company name listed on the UHEA website
- For exhibitors who purchase a booth, an additional $40 will link your company name directly to your website from our home page (through Aug. 31, 2017).
Exhibit Set-up & Take Down:
Set up hours are Thursday June 15th 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Friday June 16th 6:30 am until 8:00 am when the exhibit hall opens. Break down begins at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday (subject to change). You are expected to complete set-up prior to the opening of the hall and to remain set up until closing of the conference on Saturday. Exhibitors are responsible for removing exhibits and all exhibit materials at the end of the event. Upon arrival, exhibitors will be given their move-in packet. These packets will include exhibitor badges, exhibit hall map and Utah State tax forms. Exhibitors must man their booth during the Curriculum Fair. Booths may not be disassembled before the fair ends on Saturday, June 17th, at 6:00 pm. Saturday afternoon is the Curriculum Fair’s busiest time.

Wireless access is $5.00 per day. Wired internet access is $25.00 per day (pre-order price, must by paid 5 days before the conference) and must be ordered through the Davis Conference Center. Click here to download Internet Order Form

In The Bag Program
This program provides 500 grab-bags to convention attendees that UHEA has filled with copies of your catalogs, flyers, or similar materials. The deadline for participating in the In The Bag program is May 6th and materials must be received by May 13th. The Hilton Garden Inn Layton is offering us a great value of $94 for an overnight room. The hotel offers complimentary WI-Fi and a 24-hour Business Center, complimentary fitness center and a full-service restaurant on the property providing everything you need to make your stay successful.
