The UHEA 35th Annual Convention & Curriculum Fair is the largest home education event in Utah.  Home educators from all over the state will gather in Provo to participate in this event.

Keynote Speakers

Exhibitor Booth Rates

  • Full booth: pre-registration rate of $255
    • After March 31: $290 (We have extended the pre-registration rate until April 15th.)
  • Half booth: $140
    • Only available to nonprofit organizations (until April 30)
    • 5' x 5' space in a shared 10' booth

Booth Purchase Includes

  • 10' x 10' booth area
  • pipe and draping
  • backdrop
  • one skirted 8' table
  • two chairs
  • waste basket
  • half booths have 4' table

Electricity to booth or other amenities must be contracted and purchased by the exhibitor through the Utah Valley Convention Center.  Call Adam Roe at 801-851-2210.  The cost of electricity before May 15th is $65.00. From May 16th on, the cost will be $90.00.  Click here for the UVCC Exhibitor Packet which includes order forms for electricity.

Exhibitors must man their booth both days of the Curriculum Fair.  Booths may not be disassembled before the fair ends on Saturday, May 30th, at 5:30 pm.  Saturday afternoon is the Curriculum Fair's busiest time.

When you purchase a full or half booth, your company name will be listed on the UHEA web site.

Link to Your Website

For exhibitors who purchase a booth, an additional $35 will link your company name directly to your website (through Aug. 31, 2015).

In The Bag Program

This program provides grab-bags to convention attendees that UHEA has filled with copies of your catalogs, flyers, or similar materials. Please send 500 copies of your materials only to:

Payment for grab-bag inserts must be sent to the payment address below.  The deadline for participating in the In The Bag program is April 15th and materials must be received by April 30th.

Exhibit Set-up & Take Down: The exhibit area will be available for setting up exhibits Friday May 29, 2015, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm (subject to change). You are expected to complete set-up prior to the opening of the hall and to remain set up until closing of the conference on Saturday. Break down begins at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Exhibitors are responsible for removing exhibits and all exhibit materials at the end of the event. If items are left in booth space, UVCC will access a cleaning fee.
